Michelle Sharman began classical ballet study at age four, a passion which led her to study under Sydney’s Royal Academy of Dancing in her native Australia, attaining advanced level training.
Michelle has since gone on to work internationally as a choreographer, dancer and performer, working with everybody from Elton John, to Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Jason Alexander (‘George’ from NBC’s Seinfeld), Ariana Grande (‘Cat’ from Nickelodeon’s Victorious) and Eric McCormack (‘Will’ from NBC’s Will and Grace), and has performed in front of hundreds of thousands of people everywhere from the Los Angeles Staples Center to the Sydney Olympics Stadium.
“Having a connection with your body is a vital piece of the puzzle towards complete wellness, both physical and mental,” says Michelle, who also has a background in other forms of dance, yoga and is certified in basic Pilates and Barre Medthod. “I love to bring a sense of humor and fun to my coaching, as well as an exceptional playlist! Plus, I love the rewards I get from coaching my clients to truly transform their bodies with the BBS method.”
