Sharona is a professional dancer & actor from Toronto, Ontario in all disciplines of dance. She competed in dance all across Canada and the United States from the age of 8 and is a graduate of the “Ryerson University Theatre Performance Dance” program with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
Sharona has been privileged to work on stage, film, television and in commercials. Her Broadway credits include “Ghost” The Musical and the Tony Award winning musical “In The Heights.” Some of her other credits include SMASH (NBC), The Rick Mercer Report (dancer & choreographer), Disney’s Ice Princess, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, The Love Guru, NBA Toronto Raptors Dance Pak (member and choreographer), and commercials for Campbell’s, Joe Fresh, Shoe Carnival, Payless Shoe Source, and Ontario Tourism to name a few.
With a professional Cricket player for a father, Sharona became very interested in fitness and sports at a young age. Sharona earned her personal training certification at the age of 19 and has always had a passion for fitness and the benefits it can bring to others. Sharona is so excited to be a part of the BBS team and can’t wait to share her passion with all the amazing BBS clients!
