Sophie is originally from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. Dance has always been a huge part of her life, growing up in a family of dance teachers and examiners. She began taking dance classes at age 3 and continued training until she graduated from her Musical Theatre Degree at “Conroy Performing Arts College” in 2011.
Sophie crossed the pond to perform in the International tour of ‘CATS’ and has never looked back. Her hard work and love for Musical Theatre has taken her all over the world, working for such companies as ‘Royal Caribbean Cruise Line’, ‘Universal Studios Japan’ and ‘Really Useful Group’.
Whilst in pursuit of her career in theatre and dance, Sophie has also been immersing herself in the fitness industry. Since being based in London she has dedicated her time to studying and training in many different avenues of fitness. For Sophie this has been a very natural progression, as her two careers go perfectly hand in hand!
