Simone De La Rue and Body By Simone helped change my life. I was uncomfortable in my skin when I came to her. I didn’t even want to look at myself in the mirror. I couldn’t make eye contact with myself seeing my whole body in the mirror. I felt ashamed. Simone helped me to embrace my flaws and love myself no matter what. That is why I was able to transform not only my mind, but my body and my entire outlook on life.
